The bike is a cyclocross course without the obstacles. This involves riding on mostly grass and a little dirt, concrete, gravel and asphalt. There will be some very short steep hills, sharp turns and a beautiful setting. The bike is a 1.5 kilometer course that takes 5 laps to complete. Mountain bikes, dirt bikes, and road bikes are welcome, but we recommend putting cyclocross tires on your road bike if you go that route... this is off road. The 2.22 kilometer run starts at transition. Starting off-road on the river bank, it continues on the river greenway (sidewalks) and back to the transition area. This race takes place during the Dragon Races which will take place on the water.
